Fees may change due to complexity of report required.  Due to the complex nature of Appraising, the amount of work required to perform some appraisals may not be correctly represented with these Fees.  Some report requirements may call for more or less information and may increase or decrease the time required to perform the required report thus rise or lower the fee.
